We offer full-service interior design services to clients residing in the greater Bellevue, Redmond, Woodinville, Snoqualmie, Issaquah Eastside area as well as Seattle, WA. In addition, we can provide drawings, cabinetry design, and finish selections for clients anywhere in the US and Canada.

Interior Design Planning

We have a broad range of expertise and know how to plan.  Depending on what your project requires, we will provide:

  • Space planning and optimizing, floor plan review, wall elevations
  • Built-in drawings, section drawings, flooring details
  • Tile designs, fireplace designs, millwork details

We’ll make sure each project gets off to a solid start with a great plan.

We consult with a wide range of trades and industry professionals on behalf of homeowners.  Let us be the Project Managers and liaise with your architects, builders, cabinetry experts, lighting specialist, decorative/faux artists, millwork specialists, landscape architects. We’ll be your main point of contact and always work to simplify projects for our clients.

Material Specification Choice

Material Specification Choice can be overwhelming. We’ll guide, advise, and lead you through this process. This includes paint specification, flooring selections, countertop surfaces, cabinetry styles and colors, plumbing fixtures, specialty lighting, moldings, and special surface treatments. We’ll make sure every detail is covered.

Furnishings and Finishing Touches

Details matter.  We propose, advise and select all the furnishings and finishing touches for the space. These can include:  Upholstery, case Goods,  Lighting, Window Treatments, Artwork and Sculpture, Rugs, Linens, Greenery, Accessories, Wall Coverings. We always strive to leave our clients thrilled with the end result.

A La Carte Services

In addition to our full service offering, we can cater to smaller more specific needs.

Color Consultation
We are color experts and have been on the Sherwin Williams color advisory board for 6 years!  We collaborate with you, assess where you are in the color/paint process and help you make the right decisions for a space that flows and reflects you.

Concept Development
We listen to your needs and desires for your space, analyze your style preferences, and create a design plan that addresses both aesthetics and functionality.

Lighting
We consider style, scale, and lighting output to make recommendations for decorative fixtures and architectural lighting. We will meet with the electrician on site to develop an appropriate lighting solution for your space.

Finish Selections
We look at design concept, architecture of your space, and any existing elements to provide suggestions for flooring, tile, paint colors, wallpaper, and other interior finishes.

Second Opinion Consults
We often get asked to come into a project and take a look at the existing project and offer second opinions on design plans and specific industry professional estimates.

Finishing Touches
There is no need to suffer from bare walls and unfinished spaces!  We can source accessories and artwork from a variety of sources and love incorporating vintage and handmade elements into our designs. There are options for every price point.

Our Pricing

Clients can expect to allocate 10-15% of their overall renovation or build budget towards interior design. This includes Interior Design Planning, Consulting, Material Specificaiton, Furnishings and Finishing Touches.

 

Full Service Projects

  • Every project starts with an on-site consultation of up to 2 hours.
  • We charge a flat fee of $495 which includes a discovery phone call, travel time, and a project proposal. 
  • We can't wait to hear about your project!

  • A la Carte Services are based on hourly rates. 
  • Clients can pay as you go ($200/hr) or purchase packages at discounted rates (10 hrs for $150/hr).
